ON THE ROAD TO THE 2ND DOLOMITE CONFERENCE - 4 WEBINARS
As the Second Dolomite Conference on Global Governance of Climate Change approaches (5-8 October 2023), Vision is pleased to announce a series of four webinars designed to initiate discussions on the focal points that will be under consideration by the "problem-solving groups" during the Conference in Trento.
These four insightful webinars are scheduled as follows:
- September 12th, 6pm CET: “ENERGY TRANSITION AS A LEVER FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE: HOW CAN WE MAKE THE CLIMATE CHANGE/ENERGY TRANSITION AN AGENDA FOR ALL? " - Watch the first webinar
- September 14th, 7pm CET: "BEYOND ESG: MEASURE LESS AND MEASURE BETTER? WHICH ARE THE MECHANISMS FOR STEERING PRIVATE INVESTMENTS TOWARDS SUSTAINABILITY? " - Watch the second webinar!
- September 19th, 6pm CET: "NEUTRAL CITIES? FINE TUNE THE EXPERIMENTATIONS TO ACHIEVE ZERO EMISSION/ ZERO WASTE IN THE LAST MILE DELIVERY OF FOOD " - Registration form
- September 26th, 6pm CET: "CLIMATE CHANGE: IS IT TIME FOR A GLOBAL DEMOCRACY? IS THERE A WAY TO CONSTRUCT MECHANISMS OF GLOBAL REPRESENTATION? SHOULD THEY PROVIDE FOR A REPRESENTATION SKEWED TOWARDS YOUNG GENERATIONS? " - Registration form
In Trento, our primary objective is to cultivate groundbreaking solutions and novel ideas that directly tackle the issues and challenges outlined in the concept paper and preceding dialogues. In order to effectively equip these groups, we intend to utilise public webinars as a means to foster wider public engagement.
This approach will involve incorporating student insights and identifying key topics, which will then be further examined within the framework of the Dolomite's atmosphere.
